Been using folk for the last couple months and am really happy with it so far. This CRM has enough functionality that is still a time-saver for our small business, but without all the extra bits and bobs we'd never use. The messaging function is fantastic since we only need to email <100 people at a time so we didn't have to subscribe to a whole separate email service.I'm not a pro yet, but it's already been worth the money.
Unfortunately the Folk CRM doesn't identify when two contacts have the same email address and flag them as duplicates.It only does this if the contacts have the exact same first and last name too.As our contacts are primarily in Asia where there are multiple variations of names (english names / chinese names / many middle names), this is making the CRM pretty unusable for us as we are ending up with so many duplicates. This then ends up in embarrassing situations where we're emailing different t
