User Reviews
Feels like AGI already. The automatic transcript, highlights of the interview, the fact that you can modify the audio by modifying the transcript directly... Everytime I use Riverside I have think to myself "wow, this is what AI feels like".
We had two occassions when the site shut down on us and we were unable to log in. Riverside do not offer 24 hour support nor weekend support. And even when we finally did have contact from support it did not help us - none of this is ok and cost us dearly in our business.
