They advertise that "AI requests" are "unlimited" but then try to explain that these requests are dependent on something that is limited, thereby rendering the claimed "unlimited" component NOT unlimited. Under UK consumer law this is false advertising and one is entitled to a refund. I'd be surprised if this isn't also true in the USA.
