Got banned for accidentally creating a second account by logging in with github a few days after paying a subscription. I had a problem with rate limiting 429 error on paid account and in their help page they recommend to contact support if that happens, they reviewed my account and banned me with "We have reviewed your account and found that you violated our Acceptable Use Policy.
