I had started a free trial from my phone using gmail as my email address. I cancelled from my computer using my own domain so the other account remained active and I was charged. My fault but went on Live ChatFirst rate customer service. The AI bot was quick to accept that I needed an agent, unlike some. The agent was friendly, respectful, knowlegable and helpful. All sorted, cancelled and refunded, great.

What an absolute rip off.Where did this cancellation fee suddenly come from?? These corporations have run riot.Apart from anything else - most of the recent updates are just irritating.I don't need AI!! Just let me do my stuff in peace.
